2. Penalty For Non-Compliance With MCC

   There are strict instructions from MCC while fixing the security systems in an organisation. They clearly state where they want the cameras to be set and there are places where MCC says no cameras should be placed. The compliance of MCC is compulsory for the surveillance system to legal in the entity. There are huge fines imposed by the authorities who does not comply with MCC rules. The fines can range from 50,000 AED to 200,000 AED. MCC also takes strict actions against the places that did not comply with MCC. The Monitoring and Control Centre have complete authority to seize and confiscate any devices that does not get the approval of MCC.



3. Restrictions Given By MCC
