Vault Alarm Sensors
Door contacts, vibration, seismic — for safes and vaults.
Alarms, vault sensors, panic buttons, smoke detectors, CCTV and a connection to a licensed monitoring centre — for gold and jewellery shops.
Jewellery shops are high-target. We design integrated security with CCTV, vault sensors, glass-break detection, panic buttons, smoke alarms and a connection to a licensed 24/7 monitoring centre with armed-response protocols (contracted separately).

A jewellery shop faces two different threats, and the alarm is laid out for both. During trading hours the risk is a smash-and-grab or hold-up at the counter. It is countered with silent panic buttons installed under the counters, discreet mobile panic devices for staff where suited, and CCTV that records face detail at the entrance and exit.
After hours the risk is a break-in. It is covered by vibration sensors on the safe body that detect cutting, drilling and impact, acoustic glass-break detectors on display cases and window frontage, and dual-tech PIR plus microwave detectors that reduce the false alarms air-conditioning can cause in UAE retail. The detail is set after the site survey, based on shop size, safe type and your insurer's requirements, and we do not lock you into a single brand.
The alarm can signal over both IP broadband and GSM cellular. If the internet line is cut, the GSM path still carries the alarm to the monitoring provider.
The vault or strong room can be an independent alarm zone, armed while the sales floor is open, with a vibration sensor on the safe body and a magnetic contact on the safe door.
When a sensor triggers, the linked camera records and a snapshot can accompany the alert, which helps the monitoring provider confirm a genuine threat and cuts false alarms.
Vibration and magnetic sensors can be fitted inside display cases and cabinets with no visible hardware, so the shop interior keeps its look.
Quicknet is not an alarm receiving centre. The panel signals to an independent, UAE-licensed monitoring provider that you contract; Quicknet configures the panel and signalling paths.
EN 50131 Grade 3 is the grade commonly specified for jewellery and gold retail. Requirements differ between insurers and policies, so confirm the grade with your insurer before the system is specified. A Grade 3 system uses tamper protection on every component, encrypted communication between the panel and detectors, dual-path signalling and supervised backup power. The full requirements are in our Grade 3 alarm systems guide.
Insurers commonly ask for a written installation certificate, test reports and a valid maintenance contract at renewal. Quicknet provides a commissioning certificate after a Grade 3 installation and offers an alarm annual maintenance contract. Quicknet is an independent security integrator, not an insurance agent or broker, so confirm the exact terms of your policy with your broker or underwriter.
